"There’s a new Druid Bear Form Quest chain walkthrough on Squidoo. Go check it out. I am in the middle of this quest chain with a night elf right now, so I’ll finish it up and let you know how it worked. Unfortunately, I didn’t find this guide until I had already finished Return to Darnassus. So far, it is right on. As the guide points out, there are two buildings in Nighthaven that look exactly the same and when I tried walking back from visiting the Great Bear Spirit I went to the first one (the wrong one) and could not find Dendrite Starblaze. When I went outside to try to get my bearings a high level Horde player ran right over my little level 10 Night elf and killed me instantly. I wound up releasing my spirit while hiding under a bridge and then immediately hearthing away, because he was camping my corpse. Oh, well. Hopefully, by following the rest of the guide I will have fewer problems in finishing the quest chain. I’ll let you know.
